Venice's attractions:
Doge´s palace
is in my mind the most fascinating attraction in Venice.
Doge´s palace has a collection of various Venetian painters
works, including Tintorettto. Doge´s palace had 1 358 186
tourists in 2010. Doge´s palace has been restrored
countless times over the centuries.
Basilica di
San Marco is a church on side of the square of San Marco. The
church of today was built in 1094.
The Rialto
bridge is the finest bridge in Venice. It is one of the four
bridges, which span the Canal Grande. It is also the oldest of
these bridges. The Rialto bridge is 22,9 meters width, 28,8
meters long and 7,32 meters high.
The square of Saint Marco is a square in the
centre of Venice. It is bordered by the Basilica di San Marco and
Doge´s palace. Around the square there are expensive
restaurants and cafees.
