This chapter is dedicated to all lazy, fat TV-watchers.
I myself exercise to a reasonable degree. I jogg about 4-5 times a week. At a time 6-12 kilometers. I also lift weights.
My favourite sport is icehockey. The best Finnish icehockey coach at the moment is, in my opinion, Jukka Jalonen. Risto Dufva, Erkka Westerlund, Matti Alatalo, Jukka Rautakorpi and Petri Matikainen are also excellent coaches.
The most talented icehockeyplayer is, in my opinion, Jaromir Jagr. Alexander Kovalev, Pavel Datsyuk and Evgeni Malkin are also extremely talented.
