Expertise consists of many different factors. I would like to talk about at least three different factors:

Mental: The ability to take account other people, to give meanings and values to things and see reason-consequence chains in life.

Intellectual: Skills acquired through formal education or through own deepening.

Spiritual: The relationship with the Maker and the consequent values.

I think that all these factors are of equal importance and they should not be valued against each other.

My skills in a nutshell:

Good cooperation and interaction skills. Psychological eye and emotional intelligence.

Master of Science from University of Technology (energy technology).

A good knowledge of several languages (Finnish, Swedish, English and Italian) and good computer skills.

PROGRAM/PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE	SKILL LEVEL
MSOffice and Vista	Good skills. I know Excel best, Access worst.
Image Processing	The best skills I have on Paint Shop Pro. PSP I've used quite a lot. Adobe Photoshop can be found in the computer, but the my user experience is rather limited.
XHTML and CSS	Good skills. I've done quite a lot of work on XHTML and CSS, and so I have a relatively good understanding of them.
Pascal, C++, Fortran	I know Pascal best, because I have used it for educational purposes.
Internet as a whole	Reasonable skills
Javascript and DOM scripting	I'm at the level of an advanced beginner. I am currently working on these issues.

LANGUAGE	SKILL LEVEL
Finnish	Mother tongue
English	Both written and oral are good. I have a rich vocabulary but I need more experience in the use of the language.
Ruotsi	Written is good, oral is excellent. My best foreign language. My vocabulary is broad, I speak fluently, my sentence structures are correct, and I also speak a little bit slang (if this really is a plus.) Grammar is my weak side.
Italian	Both written and oral are good/satisfactory. I have studied Italian about nine years now with varying degrees of enthusiasm. My vocabulary is quite abundant. I have not enough experience in the use of the spoken language, although.
